The black design house surprises visitors, as the villa rises on a rocky slope, in the shade of huge pines and hardwood trees. At Villa NN, you can hold your meeting or team day in complete peace or spend time with your important guests or loved ones. At cocktail events, live music atmosphere and exhibitions, Villa NN will accommodate even a larger group of your invited guests throughout the day. For dinners and dining events, the space arrangements are suitable for up to 40-50 diners, depending on the arrangements. The upstairs banquet rooms have light and spacious spaces with white ash parquet and a black glossy piano. Natural views of the surrounding nature and deciduous trees. There are several seating groups on the villa's outdoor terraces facing three directions, and the Forest View terrace at the high west end can accommodate over 20 guests at a long table for garden parties and evening gatherings or even for a team day. The original Nordic Design Villa is available for your private use on a case-by-case basis and by agreement. Small day events starting at 1400 eur. Daily rental of the entire villa starting at 1,800 eur. Weekend rental 2,400 eur.
